As an ACE certified personal trainer, I offer individualized fitness training sessions, specifically in bodybuilding, strength training, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility/mobility exercises. I work with individuals of all fitness levels, and can modify sessions based on your training goals, availability, and equipment.

Single Session: $60/hour

Buddy Session: $90/hour

30-minute Session: $30

All in-person sessions are 1 hour long unless requested otherwise. Double sessions (or buddy sessions), are $90/hour total or $45/person/hour.

FAQ

Where are the training sessions held?

Sessions can be held anywhere, from your home, a local gym, or outdoors, depending on your personal preference or equipment availability. DM me if you want the workout to take place at a specific location.

Individuals who want to take fitness or bodybuilding seriously should consider working out in a gym setting.

How do I schedule a session?

You can schedule a session by contacting me through phone, email or through my website. Through the button "SCHEDULE YOUR TIME", you can book a session at any available time slot.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give me at least 24 hours notice. We'll work together to find a new time that suits both of us.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.

What should I bring to my training session?

To each workout session, make sure to bring comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, towel, and personal equipment if required. Any improper workout clothes or shoes will not be allowed.

How soon should I expect to see results?

You will begin to see changes in your overall strength, appearance, cardiovascular fitness, etc. within a few weeks, however, it will often take several months for these changes to be more substantial. Remember that results compound over time and you never know what you might accomplish.

I CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY RESULTS; your overall results depend on how consistent you are with training effort, nutrition and sleep.

What if I have a specific health condition or injury?

Please inform me if you have any medical conditions or injuries that could prevent you from being able to partake in any exercises or activities. I can adjust exercises or workouts to accommodate to your needs and ensure a safe workout experience. Always consult your doctor before starting any new exercise program.
